By using the website, the user agrees to these general terms and undertakes to use the website, services, and hosted content in accordance with them. The user agrees that the use of the website, services, and content is under their sole and exclusive responsibility..

This website (hereinafter, the "Store") is owned by Peguimar S.A., the company that owns the CINERARIA Urns brand, with its registered office at C/Bruselas corner C/Berlín, Pol.Ind. Mas de Tous, 46185 La Pobla de Vallbona (Valencia) and with VAT number A46184768.

USER OBLIGATIONS
The user agrees, in general, to use the Store, purchase products, and use each of the Store’s services diligently, in accordance with the law, morality, public order, and these General Terms, and must also refrain from using them in any manner that may prevent, damage, or deteriorate the normal operation and enjoyment of the Store by other users or that could harm or cause damage to the assets and rights of "https://urnasyrelicariosfunerarios.es", its suppliers, users, or any third party.

PRODUCTS AND PRICES
Cineraria reserves the right to decide, at any given time, which products will be offered to users through the Store. Likewise, Cineraria reserves the right to stop providing or granting access and use of any of the different types of products offered in the Store at any time without prior notice. 

The products included in the Store will be as faithful as possible to the products actually offered, as allowed by the web display technology. Product characteristics and their prices are listed in the Store.

Prices displayed on the Store are in Euros and include VAT.

PRODUCT PURCHASE PROCEDURE AND PAYMENT METHOD
Within a maximum period of twenty-four (24) hours, Cineraria will send the user an email confirming the purchase. This email will assign a reference code to the purchase and will detail the product's features, price, shipping costs, and payment options for purchasing the products from Cineraria. 

The user who purchases a product through the Store must make the payment using the payment systems specifically detailed in the Store. The order confirmation sent by Cineraria is not valid as an invoice, only as a proof of purchase. 

Cineraria will send the corresponding invoice along with the product .

RIGHT OF WITHDRAWAL AND WARRANTIES
The user has the right to withdraw from the contract without providing any justification. To exercise the right of withdrawal, the user must notify Peguimar S.A. (Cineraria), at C/Bruselas corner C/Berlín, Pol. Ind. Mas de Tous, La Pobla de Vallbona (Valencia), phone 96 276 35 69, of their decision to withdraw from the contract via an unequivocal declaration, sending an email to: info@cineraria.es, within no more than fourteen (14) calendar days from receiving the product. The user must indicate their full name, order or invoice number, and product reference. The return must be made in accordance with the instructions provided by Cineraria in response to their withdrawal notification. These instructions clarify whether the return will be managed by the user or if Cineraria will offer its courier service for collection, deducting the shipping costs from the returned product's value. The user must return the product within a maximum of fourteen (14) days from when Cineraria informs them of the return procedure.

Withdrawal entails the return of the total amount paid, except for the shipping costs incurred by the return (return shipping). To process the refund, the customer must specify the bank account number and holder to which Cineraria should make the transfer. The refund will be made within the time frame established by law..

The right of withdrawal cannot be exercised if the product is not returned in its original packaging or if the product is not in perfect condition.

Returns of custom-made or personalized items will not be accepted.

HOME DELIVERY SERVICE
Products purchased through the Store will be shipped to the delivery address specified by the user once the payment has been verified, with a maximum delivery time of thirty (30) days as established by law.

The shipping cost is not included in the product price. Upon purchasing the product, the user will be informed of the exact shipping cost.


INTELLECTUAL AND INDUSTRIAL PROPERTY
The user acknowledges that all elements of the Store and each of the Products, the information and materials contained therein, the trademarks, the structure, selection, arrangement, and presentation of its contents, and the computer programs used in connection with them, are protected by intellectual and industrial property rights of Cineraria or third parties, and that these General Terms do not grant them any other rights concerning these intellectual and industrial property rights beyond those specifically contemplated in them.

Unless authorized by Cineraria or, where applicable, the third-party rights holders, or unless legally permitted, the user may not reproduce, transform, modify, disassemble, reverse-engineer, distribute, rent, lend, make available, or allow access to the public through any public communication method of any of the elements referred to in the previous paragraph. The user must use the materials, elements, and information accessed through the Store solely for their own needs and must not directly or indirectly engage in commercial exploitation of the materials, elements, and information obtained through them.

PASSWORDS
“urnasyrelicarios.es” will provide the user with personal passwords once they register on the website. These passwords will be used to access the services provided via the website. For security reasons, the telematic access password to the services linked to the website may be changed by the user at any time. The user agrees to immediately notify Cineraria of any unauthorized use of their password or access by unauthorized third parties.
