Lignin is a polymer present in the woody tissues of vegetables and that holds together the cellulose fibers that compose them and constitutes 25% of the wood. To make the urn, the lignin is mixed with natural fibers from wood, flax, sisal and natural additives. This urn is very durable and remains in perfect condition as long as it is not buried, so it can be kept at home or anywhere else for as long as you want. Once buried, the urn will biodegrade in a few months (3 to 6 months), depending on soil and weather conditions. If submerged in water, it will biodegrade in approximately 30 minutes. It includes a biodegradable bag to introduce the ashes of your loved one. The lid of the urn is adjusted with a slight pressure and a click and is perfectly closed. To secure the closure, it has two pieces that are placed on both sides of the urn and that allow you to hold the adornment that you prefer, such as a flower. No glue should be used.
